Model/actress Rachel Hunter and her hockey-player boyfriend Jarret Stoll have paid $3,645,000 for a 1,722-square-foot house in Hermosa Beach, Calif.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the purchase, which closed on April 25 and was recorded on June 1.

Built in 1933, the two-story house they purchased has four bedrooms, two baths and a pool, all on a 0.12-acre parcel, according to public records.

The couple put down a little over one-third of the purchase price in a down payment, according to public records. The couple from whom Hunter and Stoll purchased the house paid exactly $3,000,000 for it in late 2005, according to public records.

Unfortunately, we don’t yet have any photos of or details on the house, which is several blocks from the Pacific Ocean and which may not have been on the market when it was sold.

Hunter, 38, still has not sold her five-bedroom house on Crescent Heights Drive, just above Los Angeles’ Sunset Strip, which most recently was listed for $2,999,999. We wrote about that house on May 26.

And in fact, in a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report that Hunter recently transferred the ownership of the Crescent Heights Drive house to her Firefly Trust (the trustee’s name on that trust is that of her sister, Jacquiline). That transfer took place on August 30 and was recorded on September 10.

Hunter also has transferred her Hermosa Beach house to her Firefly Trust. That transfer took place on June 25 and was recorded on July 9.

Finally, Hunter has owned other, former properties through her Firefly Trust. In late 2005, her trust paid $1,400,000 for a 1,614-square-foot house at 3205 Alma Avenue in Manhattan Beach, Calif. A year later, however, the trust sold that three-bedroom house for $1,431,000, according to public records.
