Purchase price revealed for Kimora Lee Simmons' new house in Beverly Hills, CA that is next door to Jessica Simpson's house; Kimora Lee paid the $5.9M asking price for the 5,923-square-foot house

Public records have cleared for the purchase price that model/businesswoman Kimora Lee Simmons recently paid for her new 5,923-square-foot house in the Beverly Hills, Calif. postal area, and they reveal that Simmons paid exactly the $5,900,000 asking price for the house.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the amount that Simmons, 32, paid for the seven-bedroom house, which is at 9551 Lime Orchard Road in the Beverly Hills postal area. We wrote on August 18 about Simmons’ new house, shortly after our friends over at the Real Estalker had broken the story of Simmons’ new purchase.

We also previously have reported multiple times about Simmons unloading her five-bedroom, 5,818-square-foot house at 1501 N. Doheny Drive in Beverly Hills, which Simmons had listed earlier this year for $5.8 million and which closed on July 12 for $5,655,000, according to public records. We wrote about the listing of the Doheny Drive house on May 20, and we wrote about the property’s sale–and its amount–on September 12.
