Prolific voice actress Kath Soucie has paid $2,300,000 to purchase a 1,979-square-foot, gated house in Los Angeles' Pacific Palisades area.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the purchase by the 40-year-old Soucie, who probably is best known for doing the voice work of multiple characters in the popular animated series Rugrats, but who also has done voices for the Winnie the Pooh and Gargoyles projects. Records show that her purchase closed on December 18, and that the deal was recorded on December 28.
Built in 1936 and first listed for $2,549,000, Soucie's new house has four bedrooms and three baths, according to listing information. Other features include ocean views, Queen's Necklace views, a wraparound deck that leads to a gated pool, a bright and open floor plan, hardwood floors, skylights, and French doors, according to listing information.
