Professional skateboarder and reality TV star Rob Dyrdek has paid $2,459,000 for a 4,706-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Dyrdek’s purchase of the house in the Hills, which closed on April 18, according to public records. The deal was recorded on May 14. Dyrdek completed the purchase just three days after his MTV2 reality show, “Rob & Big,” aired its final episode.

Built in 2005, Dyrdek’s new house had been on the market for $2,585,000. The house has either four bedrooms, according to public records, or five bedrooms, according listing information. The house sits on a 0.25-acre lot, according to public records. There’s no word on what will happen to Dyrdek’s existing, 2,792-square-foot house in the Hollywood Hills, which he purchased for $1,400,000 in 2005, according to public records.
