Pop singer Ryan Cabrera has placed his three-bedroom, 2,445-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills on the market for $1,699,000. In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Cabrera’s listing of his house, which is at 3226 N. Knoll Drive in the Hollywood Hills. Cabrera is shown here with his current squeeze, model Riley Keough. Built in 1953, Cabrera’s house has three baths and is totally walled and gated, according to public records and listing information. Other features include hardwood floors, a media room, a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a steam shower and spa tub in the master bath, a pool, a spa, an outdoor entertaining area with a full bar and a barbecue, a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, and surround sound inside and out, according to listing information. The house sits on a knoll, as the street name would suggest, and sits on a 0.34-acre (14,806-square-foot) lot, according to public records. Public records show that Cabrera’s 3226 North Knoll Trust purchased the house for $1,450,000 on October 31, 2006. Given that Cabrera is managed by Joe Simpson, it shouldn’t be surprising that the money manager whose name is on Cabrera’s deed is David Levin, whose name also has been on the deed for the houses that have been owned by Simpson’s daughter (and Cabrera’s ex), Ashlee Simpson, over the years.
