Greek shipping heir and onetime Paris Hilton fiancé Paris Latsis has listed his five-bedroom mansion in the Beverly Hills, Calif. postal region for $15,000,000.  We’re just about the final ones to get around to writing about Latsis’ listing of his mansion at 9374 Beverly Crest Drive in Beverly Hills. Our friends over at the Real Estalker broke the story last Thursday, and then the ever-prolific Deidre Woollard at Luxist made the property her estate of the day yesterday. latsis-v.jpglatsis-iv.jpglatsis-vi.jpglatsis-vii.jpglatsis-viii.jpglatsis-ix.jpglatsis-ii.jpglatsis-iii.jpg Still and all, we wanted to comment a bit on the obnoxious house on Beverly Crest Drive that now is on the market. Records show that Latsis’ Santa Monica Oceanview LLC company paid $9,200,000 in March 2006 to purchase the 7,034-square-foot house, which was built in 2004. Features in the house include five and a half baths, walls of glass, a floating glass and stainless steel staircase, a master bedroom suite with a fireplace and a wall of glass, and four other en suite bedrooms, according to listing information. Other features on the gated 0.58-acre property include an infinity pool and spa, according to public records and listing information. This is Latsis’ second mansion in the area above Beverly Hills, and it’s the third Los Angeles-area property that Latsis, 28, has owned. Latsis famously paid $10,500,000 in December 2004 through his Santa Monica Oceanview LLC company to purchase an 11,206-square-foot mansion at 8 Beverly Ridge Terrace in Beverly Hills from NFL star Keyshawn Johnson. Latsis turned around and sold that mansion in November 2005 – shortly after his engagement with Hilton was broken off – for $12,250,000, according to public records. Latsis’ Santa Monica Oceanview LLC company also owns a penthouse in the building at 1007 Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica, which he purchased for $2,200,000 in April 2004, according to public records.
