Olympic gold medalist Krayzelburg pays $2.61M for a 3,454-square-foot house in L.A.’s Hollywood Hills

Four-time U.S. Olympic gold medalist Lenny Krayzelburg has paid $2,610,000 to purchase a 3,454-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Krayzelburg’s purchase of the three-bedroom house. The Soviet-born Krayzelburg, 31, won three gold medals at the 2000 Olympics and one gold medal in the 2004 Olympics.

Built in 1963 and located on close to a half-acre, Krayzelburg’s new house originally had been listed for $2,500,000 and has two and a half baths, according to public records and listing information. The house is located in the “Bird Streets” area of the Hollywood Hills.
