Now-divorced actors Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush sell their marital house in Wilmington, NC for $730K

Now-divorced ‘One Tree Hill’ actors Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush have sold their house in Wilmington, N.C. for $730,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the sale by Murray, 26, and Bush, 25, of the five-bedroom, 4,105-square-foot house at 713 Windswept Place in Wilmington. Back on May 18, we wrote about how Murray and his ‘One Tree Hill’ co-star and ex-wife had the house on the market for $860,000. The asking price later was reduced to $799,900.

Now, we can report on the sale of Murray and Bush’s property, which closed on November 27 and which was recorded on November 29.

In 2004, Murray and Bush had paid $573,500 for the house, which is in Wilmington’s Landfall subdivision. The 12-room house has four full baths, one half bath, a living room, a formal dining room, a breakfast room, a library/study, a playroom, a two-car garage and a deck, according to listing information. The house sits on a 0.52-acre parcel at the end of a cul-de-sac and has a screened porch and an ornamental fence, according to listing information.

Murray, who now is engaged to a 19-year-old “One Tree Hill” extra who only graduated from high school in 2006, has two other residences: a 3,344-square-foot house at 208 Marsh Oaks Drive (about five miles north of the house that he just sold) in Wilmington that he purchased in mid-2006 for $545,000, and a 1,620-square-foot condominium unit at 5327 Coldwater Canyon Boulevard in Los Angeles’ Sherman Oaks area, which he purchased back in 2002 for $330,000 and which he now owns through his Bill Cody Living Trust, according to public records. It’s unclear where Bush is living.
