Movie producer Gilbert Adler has listed his house in Beverly Hills, Calif. for $7,900,000. 08-261475-3.jpg08-261475-2.jpg08-261475-4.jpg08-261475-7.jpg08-261475-6.jpg08-261475-5.jpg08-261475-12.jpg08-261475-10.jpg In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the listing of the house at 2711 Bowmont Drive by Adler, who, to use movie parlance, is billed incorrectly, we would say, as a 'celebrity' in the house's listing information. (What are Adler's credits? Well, he was the producer for 'Superman Returns' and 'Starsky & Hutch,' among other features.) Despite Adler's lack of celebrity (he's not exactly a household name, after all), we thought we'd take a look at the listing for Adler's house, which sits on 1.59-acre parcel above Beverly Hills. The listing came on the market on March 7. Built in 1988, Adler's house measures 5,192 square feet (according to public records) or 6,448 square feet (according to listing information). Features in the five-bedroom house include six baths, walls of glass, ocean views, open balconies and a master suite with a spa tub, a walk-in closet, a private sun deck and a fireplace, according to listing information. Adler's house is on a gated thoroughfare that is popular with celebrities. It sits just two doors west of the 1,824-square-foot house at 2708 Bowmont Drive that hunky actor John 'Uncle Jesse' Stamos has owned ever since his Lorbil Trust paid $3,570,000 for it in 2005, according to public records. And, Adler's house sits about four doors north and west of the six-bedroom, 7,607-square-foot mansion at 2670 Bowmont Drive that actress Mischa Barton has owned since purchasing it for $6,400,000 in 2005, as we reported on January 28.
