Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx and his ex-wife, former "Baywatch" babe Donna D'Errico, have sold their six-bedroom, 5,269-square-foot house in Agoura, Calif. for $1,900,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Sixx and D'Errico's sale of their former marital house at 31978 Hidden Highland Road in Agoura. The deal closed on October 25 and was recorded until November 30, according to public records.

We wrote about Sixx and D'Errico's house back on April 7. At that time, the Spanish-style house had been listed for $2,495,000, which had been a major reduction from just under $3 million.

Sixx and his former Playboy Playmate wife D'Errico separated in April 2006 and formally divorced in June 2007. The couple had purchased the house in early 1998 for $985,000, according to public records, and subsequently had extensively refurbished it.

Built in 1982, the Spanish-style villa has four and a half baths, mountain views, a pool area, and a gourmet chef's kitchen, according to listing information. Other features include a family room, a formal dining room, a bonus room, a master bedroom suite with a balcony, vaulted ceiling, two walk-in closets, a spa tub, a steam shower and a redwood sauna, according to a long-ago "Hot Property" column in the Los Angeles Times that appeared when Sixx and D'Errico first listed the house. Other features in the house and on the property include one bedroom designed as a sound studio, a pool, a spa, a meditation garden, a vegetable garden, a playground, and a kitchen with granite counters, slate floors, hand-hewn oak cabinets, a copper sink, top-of-the-line appliances and a built-in cappuccino machine, the Times reported.

It's unclear where Sixx and D'Errico are moving. When we find out, we'll of course print it here.
