More on Dan Aykroyd’s sale of his house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills, which actor sold for $2.13M to a TV exec

Public records just cleared on the $2,130,000 sale by actor Dan Aykroyd of the final house that he had owned in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills, which we wrote about on Saturday right after the Los Angeles Times’ Ann Brenoff had exclusively reported on its sale (in the same column where she broke the story of Aykroyd’s $14.5 million purchase of a house in Los Angeles’ Pacific Palisades area).

Brenoff was right on the money with the precise sale price of the house, which had been listed for $2,595,000 and which is at 8071 Selma Avenue in the Hollywood Hills. Records show that the sale closed on April 15 and that the transaction was recorded with Los Angeles County the following day.

Records also show that the buyer of the 4,176-square-foot is the head of drama for Twentieth Century Fox Television.
