Michael Vick lists his mansion in Duluth, Ga. for $4.5M

Troubled former NFL star Michael Vick has placed his Duluth, Ga. mansion on the market for $4,500,000. vick-i.jpg The news of the listing of the house, at 2927 Darlington Run in Duluth, is all over the Internet today, with fine reports already posted by TMZ.com, our friends at the Real Estalker, the Real Estate Bloggers, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and the hilarious Countenance Blog. The seven-bedroom mansion has eight and a half baths (seven full baths and three half baths), a two-story foyer, nine-foot ceilings, and a four-car garage, according to listing information. Built in 2004, the 9,532-square-foot house sits on a 1.5-acre lot, according to public records. Public records show that Vick paid $3,775,000 for the house in 2005. The house is located in the Sugarloaf Country Club, which has no shortage of celebrities, as we reported back in May. Check out the listing sheet here for Vick’s house.
