Matt LeBlanc sells mansion in Hidden Hills, CA for an undisclosed price; mansion had been listed for $10.295M

Actor Matt LeBlanc has sold his six-bedroom, 11,158-square-foot mansion in Hidden Hills, Calif. for an undisclosed price after it had been on the market for $10,295,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report that LeBlanc sold the house at 5580 Bill Cody Road in Hidden Hills on August 14, according to public records. The sale was recorded on August 24.

The sale price of the house, which LeBlanc purchased in late 2005 through his Skyline Trust for exactly $9,000,000, is not yet available in public records. When it does become available in the next few weeks, we’ll of course post it here.

Built in 2002, LeBlanc’s former house is on a double lot at the end of a private road and has nine and a half baths, a gourmet kitchen, a library, a study, a game room, an office, a theatre, a sports court, a pool, a spa, and rolling lawns, according to listing information.

We previously had written about LeBlanc’s former house, back on April 11.

The buyer of LeBlanc’s house is not a celebrity.

It’s still not completely certain where the recently divorced LeBlanc has moved. As we noted on April 11, a “Skyline Trust” in November 2006 (shortly after the actor’s divorce) bought a four-bedroom, 3,930-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Pacific Palisades area for an amount that we later learned was $7,400,000. Is that the same Skyline Trust? It’s hard to know for sure, although it wouldn’t surprise us.
