Public records have cleared on the six-bedroom, 11,158-square-foot mansion in Hidden Hills, Calif. that actor Matt LeBlanc recently sold, and they reveal that the actor fetched $9,139,000 for the home.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the amount that a buyer paid LeBlanc for the massive house at 5580 Bill Cody Road in Hidden Hills, which LeBlanc had listed for $10,295,000. We had exclusively reported on September 6 that LeBlanc had sold the house on August 14, which sits on a double lot at the end of a private road, but that the exact sale price was not yet available.
Interestingly, the recently divorced LeBlanc didn't make any money on his investment. He purchased it in late 2005 through his Skyline Trust for exactly $9,000,000, meaning that after fees and expenses, the actor easily lost money on the house.
We first had written about this house back on April 11, when LeBlanc first had it on the market. Features include nine and a half baths, a gourmet kitchen, a library, a study, a game room, an office, a theatre, a sports court, a pool, a spa, and rolling lawns, according to listing information.
We're still grappling with being able to confirm definitively where LeBlanc has moved. As we noted on April 11 and again on September 6, a "Skyline Trust" in November 2006 (right after LeBlanc's divorce) paid $7,400,000 for a four-bedroom, 3,930-square-foot house in Los Angeles' Pacific Palisades area, according to public records. Is that Skyline Trust the same trust, or is that just a coincidence. We'd be interested in hearing from any readers who can tell us if they know if LeBlanc is living in Pacific Palisades or not.
