An eight-bedroom mansion in Beverly Hills, Calif. that once was owned by Madonna has sold for $15,680,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the sale of the 6,458-square-foot, Spanish-style house at 1015 N. Roxbury Drive in Beverly Hills, which the seller had purchased in 2004 from Madge's Lot 99 Trust for $8,750,000, according to public records. We had exclusively reported on September 17 on the listing of the mansion, which at that time was for sale for $17,495,000.

Now, we can report on the sale of the house on Roxbury Drive, which Madonna had owned for almost four and a half years, since buying it in 2000 through her Castillo Dellago Trust for a reported $6.5 million from actress Diane Keaton.

Records show that the buyer, who is a realty executive who is not a celebrity, paid $15,680,000 for the house on December 20. The deal was recorded with Los Angeles County on December 28, according to public records.

Built in 1926 and designed by architect Wallace Neff, the Roxbury Drive house was completely refurbished by Keaton and again last year by the sellers. The gated house also has been featured in Architectural Digest. Features include nine baths, courtyards, an outdoor fireplace and dining area, a pool, formal gardens, a detached office, and two guesthouses, all on a 0.59-acre lot.
