Madonna’s former house in Beverly Hills, CA on market for $17.495M
An eight-bedroom mansion in Beverly Hills, Calif. that once was owned by Madonna has just come on the market for $17,495,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the listing of the 6,458-square-foot Spanish-style house at 1015 N. Roxbury Drive in Beverly Hills, which its current owners purchased in 2004 from Madonna’s Lot 99 Trust for $8,750,000, according to public records.

Madonna had owned the house for almost four and a half years. She had purchased the house in 2000 through her Castillo Dellago Trust for a reported $6.5 million from actress Diane Keaton, who had owned it since buying it in 1996 for between $2 million and $3 million, according to public records and the Los Angeles Times. Madge then placed it on the market in 2003 for $10.9 million and later reduced its asking price to $8.9 million.
Built in 1926, Madonna’s former house was designed by architect Wallace Neff and was completely refurbished by Keaton and again in 2007 by its current owners. The gated house also has been featured in Architectural Digest. Features in the house include nine baths, courtyards, an outdoor fireplace and dining area, a pool, formal gardens, a detached office, and two guesthouses, all on a 0.59-acre lot.
Check out listing information for the house – complete with photos.
Madonna now owns at least two homes — one in London, and the other a 5,800-square-foot house, according to public records, (or a 16,500-square-foot house, according to the Los Angeles Times) on a 1.18-acre parcel on Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills that she purchased in 2003 for about $12 million from actress Sela Ward, according to public records.

She owns 3 homes in the U.K
Her townhouse in Marylebone she bought many years ago & recently she just bought the house next door for approx $16M
She also owns a 1000 acre estate in Wiltshire which was bought a few years back for approx $20M
Also, I think she still owns an apt. on C.P.W in N.Y.C
So, thats 3 U.K homes / 2 U.S homes
I read that she still had a home on Sunset Blvd also, from this site,

[...] Ryon’s scoop about the sale of the former Frontiere mansion sale was part of her annual round-up of high-priced L.A.-area sales. She also reported in her column that Madonna’s onetime, 6,458-square-foot Spanish-style home at 1015 N. Roxbury Drive in Beverly Hills, Calif., whose listing for $17,495,000 we wrote about on September 17, recently “closed at almost $17 million.” We don’t doubt Ryon’s reporting that that Roxbury Drive house sold, but the public records databases that we have access to don’t yet show that sale.
