Lucy Lawless sale price revealed; actress and singer sold her house in Los Angeles’ Studio City area for $3.25M

Public records have cleared on the sale of actress and singer Lucy Lawless’ two-story house in Los Angeles’ Studio City area, and they reveal that she got $3,250,000 for the house.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the exact sale price that Lawless fetched for the five-bedroom house at 3702 Eureka Drive in Studio City, which closed on August 28 and was recorded on October 15. Lawless had listed the house, which is at the end of a cul-de-sac, for $3,695,000.

We exclusively reported on October 23 on Lawless’ sale of the house, but at that time, we didn’t yet have the final sale price for the house, which Lawless and her husband, Robert Tapert, purchased in late 1998 from writer-producer Miranda Craig for $1,525,000.

Features in the gated house and 0.61-acre property that Lawless sold include seven and a half baths, a two-story living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, a media room, an eat-in chef’s kitchen, a master suite with a fireplace, a bathroom with a steam shower and a spa tub, a loft library, and French doors opening to a patio, according to listing information. Also on the property are a pool and a spa and a two-story guest house with a glass-enclosed dining room, a butler’s kitchen, two bedroom suites, an office and a gym,according to listing information.

The house’s size is an open question. Public records state that the house measures 4,847 square feet, while listing information characterizes the house as having about 5,600 square feet. As we had noted back on May 14, it’s possible that the difference refers to the guest house. Or, Lawless may have made an addition to the house that isn’t yet reflected in
public records.

The house was built in 1951. It’s just down the street from the 3,253-square-foot house at 3768 Eureka Drive in Studio City that actor Erik Estrada has owned since 1979, according to public records.
