Actor and rapper Shad Gregory Moss, formerly known as Lil' Bow Wow, has listed his four-bedroom, ranch-style house in Duluth, Ga., just outside Atlanta, for $1.5 million, just over a year after buying it.
Moss, 20, purchased the 3,615-square-foot house, which is on a golf course in the celeb-heavy Sugarloaf neighborhood of Duluth, in March 2006 for $950,000, according to public records. Now, the diminutive rapper has put the house back on the market for $1.5 million.
Built in 1998, the hardcoat stucco house has a fully finished terrace level with three additional bedrooms and a family room, a theater, a study, a brand-new kitchen, and a large pool, according to listing information. Lil' Bow Wow also spent $350,000 in upgrades, according to listing information. The house sits on a 0.57-acre lot, according to public records.

Olympic gold medalist Gail Devers lives in a 8,850-square-foot house on a 1.55-acre parcel that she built in 2001 in Sugarloaf, while former Atlanta Brave Rafael Furcal--now with the Los Angeles Dodgers--owns a four-bedroom, 5,313-square-foot house in Sugarloaf that he purchased in 2004 for $975,000, according to public records. Former Atlanta Brave pitcher Kevin Millwood, who now is with the Texas Rangers, recently sold his house in the neighborhood, while Braves outfielder Andruw Jones owns a six-bedroom, 9,477-square-foot house on a 1.97-acre parcel that he purchased in 2002 for $2,775,700, according to public records.
