Talk-show host Larry King, who recently paid $11.75 million for a house in Beverly Hills, Calif., has sold his longtime Beverly Hills house to a Los Angeles couple for an undisclosed price, according to public records. King has attracted a lot of celebrity real estate coverage over the last few months, first in February for agreeing to buy the five-bedroom, 9,596-square-foot Tuscan-style house at 707 N. Hillcrest Road in Beverly Hills, which had been listed for $11,995,000, then in March when his longtime, 6,995-square-foot house at 628 N. Canon Drive in Beverly Hills went into escrow after being listed for $7,250,000, and then in May when public records finally confirmed that they had paid $11.75 million for their new house on Hillcrest Road. Now, in a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report that King and his actress-singer wife Shawn Southwick closed on April 24 on the sale of their longtime Canon Drive house for an undisclosed price, selling it to a Los Angeles couple who are not celebrities. That sale was recorded on May 9, according to public records. When the sale price clears public records, we’ll provide it for you here. The Los Angeles Times reported in March that King and Southwick had moved because Southwick wanted more rooms and more space.
