Lance Bass has placed his four-bedroom house in the Beverly Hills, Calif. postal area back on the market, this time for $3,925,000.

Our pals over at the Real Estalker were the first to spot Bass' re-listing of the house and 1.02-acre property on November 4. Indeed, this is at least the third time that Bass has had the house on the market over the years, first in 2005 and then again in 2006 (both times at much higher price points -- $4,900,000 and $5,250,000).

Built in 1942, Bass' two-story main house has five baths, an open floor plan, a chef's kitchen, and three fireplaces, according to public records and listing information. The house measures 3,811 square feet, according to public records, or 4,877 square feet (which may include the guesthouse), according to past listing information. Outdoor features include a pool, a large deck, a separate gym facility with a spa-like bathroom, and a guesthouse with a fireplace, a kitchen, a bed/bath and a second pool, according to listing information.

Records show that Bass paid $3,880,000 in 2003 to purchase the property, which lies right next to the infamous, celebrity-filled neighborhood The Summit.

We will keep you posted on if Bass sells this property -- and if so, for how much.
