Kanye West puts his Beverly Hills, CA place back on the market, for $8.699M

Hip-hop star Kanye West has listed the house in Beverly Hills, Calif. that he purchased back in February for $7,150,000, putting it back up on the market for $8,699,000.

West is placing the house at 631 N. Crescent in the flats of Beverly Hills right back on the market after eight months of ownership and no months of inhabiting the property. We wrote back on March 28 about Kanye buying the house, and then we broke the news on August 9 of the exact amount that Kanye had paid for it.

Our friends over at the Real Estalker broke the story earlier today of West’s listing of the property. The six-bedroom house on the 0.79-acre lot has four baths and is in what is called tear-down condition (as the photos indicate). The sale price also includes plans to build a new house on the property.

For reasons that we can’t entirely explain, West transferred the title of the house to his KWLA International LLC company in August, according to public records.
