And in a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can reveal that the sale price of the shingle-clad house was $3.3 million, according to Los Angeles County public records. That is considerably higher than the Los Angeles Times’s Ruth Ryon had reported on March 11 when she wrote that the Pacific Palisades house had sold for “about its $2.9-million asking price.” We also wrote about the sale on March 11.

Built in 2003, the five-bedroom house at 936 Kagawa Street in Pacific Palisades has four and a half baths, a widow’s walk, high ceilings, a family room with a fireplace, a kitchen with two dishwashers, a master suite with a fireplace, an upstairs bonus room, and a swimming pool, according to listing information. The house either measures 3,388 square feet, according to public records, or 4,200 square feet, according to listing information.

Tabor had purchased the house in early 2005 for $2,749,000, according to public records.

It’s still unclear where Tambor and his wife have moved. When we find out, we’ll provide that information here.
