In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the listing of the 4,491-square-foot house at 5128 Encino Avenue in Encino's Amestoy Estates area, which came on the market on October 7. Jackson owned the house until selling it to its current owner in 2002 for $1,950,000, according to public records.

Built in 1981, the house has five baths, according to public records and listing information. Also on the property is a three-bedroom, two-bath guest house, a north/south tennis court and a 66-foot-long-by-20-foot-wide pool, according to listing information. The property actually consists of two parcels -- the main 4,491-square-foot house sits on a 0.40-acre (17,498-square-foot) lot at 5128 Encino Avenue, while adjoining it (and wrapping around the back of it) is a 0.49-acre (21,140-square-foot), flag-shaped lot, making the full property close to nine-tenths of an acre, according to public records.

Jackson had purchased the property in May 1995 for an undisclosed amount (probably around $1,000,000).
