Rev. Tim Storey, who is a sort of pastor/motivational consultant/coach-to-the-stars, and his wife Roxanne have sold their house in Beverly Hills, Calif. for an undisclosed price after it had been on the market for $4,700,000.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the sale of the Storeys’ former home at 2075 Loma Vista Drive in Beverly Hills, which closed on August 17 and was recorded on August 24. Tim Storey is well-known as a “comeback coach” who has worked as a motivator for sports stars Marcus Allen, Darryl Strawberry and Deion Sanders, business leaders like Lee Iacocca, and entertainment figures like Natalie Cole, Robert Downey, Jr., Quincy Jones and Berry Gordy.
Built in 2003 (according to listing information) or 2004 (according to public records), the 4,955-square-foot house on Loma Vista Drive has four bedrooms, six baths, an elevator, a chef’s kitchen, a master suite with walls of glass, an infinity pool, a cabana, a barbecue center, multiple patios, resort-style grounds and a waterfall, according to listing information, all on a 0.71-acre parcel. Public records show that the Storeys had purchased the house for $3,450,000 in December 2003.
When we find out the exact amount that the Storeys sold the house for, we’ll provide it here. And we’ll of course also keep you posted on where the Storeys end up moving.
