“Heroes” actor Zachary Quinto pays $865K to purchase a 1,505-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz area
Zachary Quinto, who stars on TV’s “Heroes,” has become a first-time homebuyer, paying $865,000 to purchase a 1,505-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz area.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the purchase by Quinto, who also will be playing a young Spock in the new “Star Trek” film, due out in 2009. Records show that Quinto, 31, purchased the three-bedroom house on May 5, with the deal being recorded on June 20.
Built in 1948, Quinto’s new house has two baths and had been listed for $837,500. The house sits on a very small, 0.15-acre (6,599-square-foot) lot, according to public records.
