In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report that Howerdel, 37, has listed the house at 3321 Lugano Place, which he purchased new in late 2000 for $935,000, according to public records. The 3,899-square-foot house is 'perched on a cul-de-sac below (the) Hollywood sign,' according to listing information.
