In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the sale price for the house and 0.79-acre parcel at 10930 Chalon Road in Bel-Air, which closed on September 12 and was recorded on September 25, according to public records.

The sale price, which was to a company called Bristol Capital LLC, was for just $25,000 below Wilder's asking price for the house, which was built in 1951.

On August 18, we wrote about Wilder having the house on the market, and on October 2, we broke the story of Wilder having sold the house.

The actor continues to part-own a 1,388-square-foot condo in nearby Santa Monica, Calif., and as we noted in some detail on October 2, Wilder also owns a 5,377-square-foot house on 2.89 acres in Stamford Conn. that his late wife, actress Gilda Radner, had bequeathed to him on her death in 1989, according to public records.
