Former Gwen Stefani-owned house in Los Angeles' Los Feliz area sells for $3.995M
A 4,926-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz area that once was owned by singer Gwen Stefani has been sold by its most recent owner, bombastic TV show creator Mark Brazill, for $3,995,000 — far below what he paid for it in 2007.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Brazill’s sale of the five-bedroom house, at 2566 Aberdeen Avenue in Los Feliz. The sale closed on September 25, with the deal being recorded on October 15, according to public records. The buyer is not a celebrity.
We have written many times about this house, most recently in April, when we exclusively reported that it had come on the market for $4,885,000. Stefani had sold the house to Brazill in 2007 for $4,795,000, according to public records.
Built in 1927 (according to listing information) or 1928 (according to public records), the house in Los Feliz has four baths, arched doorways, carved ceilings, painted tiles, secluded balconies, and wrought iron details, according to listing information.

The Citrus house is for her parent and her brother Todd and Jennifer live in the Gardner house. She is being a good daughter and sharing the wealth with the family.

What’s wrong with having a big house if you can afford it? Just because you live by yourself or with one other person instead of six doesn’t mean you should be in a smaller place; that doesn’t make any sense. People, by nature, need space.

Actually it wasn’t just two people. Nikki had three kids from a previous marriage who visited often and she had her son who lived with her, plus their had a child together. So they needed more than enough room.
