Controversial former "Grey's Anatomy" actor Isaiah Washington has sold his four-bedroom, 2,149-square-foot condominium unit in Los Angeles' Hancock Park area for $1,500,000.  In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Washington's sale of the third-floor unit, which is in the building at 308 N. Sycamore Avenue in Los Angeles. Records show that Washington sold the unit on February 27, with the deal being recorded with Los Angeles County on April 4.

Back on July 31, we had written about Washington's listing of the unit for $1,695,000. The condo is in the Faubourg St. Denis building, which was built in 1928. Records show that Washington had paid $738,000 in 2000 for the unit. It's unclear where Washington, 44, now will live in Los Angeles. When we find anything out, we'll of course share it here. Washington and wife Jenisa continue to own a four-bedroom, 4,653-square-foot stucco house in his native Houston that was built in 1999, according to public records.
