Former Georgia Frontiere mansion in Los Angeles’ Bel-Air comes on the market for $29.975M
A 10,276-square-foot mansion in Los Angeles’ Bel-Air enclave that was owned until 2005 by St. Louis Rams co-owner Georgia Frontiere has been completely rebuilt and has just come on the market for $29,975,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the listing of the 10-bedroom mansion at 10410 Bellagio Road, which formally came onto Los Angeles’ multiple listing service yesterday, on October 8. Built in 1931, the Mediterranean villa-style mansion sits behind iron gates and originally was designed by Paul Williams, according to listing information.
Developer Bellagio Road Associates LLC paid $8,375,000 in mid-2005 to purchase the estate from Frontiere, who originally had listed it for $10.9 million. Frontiere had owned the estate, which sits on a 1.72-acre parcel, since 1977, according to public records.
Features in the newly rebuilt mansion include a 35mm theater, a library, a billiard room, a courtyard with a fountain and an outdoor fireplace, two motor courts with off-street parking for 40 cars, formal gardens, manicured lawns, a swimming pool, a tennis court and a guest house, according to listing information.
The house sits just a short distance down the street from the 6,410-square-foot mansion at 10475 Bellagio Road that actress Debra Messing’s 10475 Bellagio Road Trust purchased from actress Renee Zellweger’s East Coast Group Trust in 2003 for exactly $7,000,000, according to public records.
