Former Farrah Fawcett house in Los Angeles’ Bel-Air area sells for $3.608M
A 2,867-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Bel-Air area that once was owned by Farrah Fawcett has sold for $3,608,000.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the sale of the house at 15220 Antelo Place in Bel-Air, which had been on the market for $4,195,000. We had written exclusively about the listing back on September 19.
Records show that the house sold on January 23 to a Beverly Hills orthopedic surgeon and his wife.
Features in the house, which was built in 1950, include two and a half baths, views of the city, canyons and reservoir, polished concrete floors, leaded glass kitchen cabinets, classic antique hardware, fireplaces, a 55-foot veranda, fountains, gardens and a gazebo, all on 2.41 acres, according to public records and listing information.
Records show that Fawcett sold the house in late 1999, reportedly for close to $2.7 million, to the family that just sold it.

The former Farrah Fawcett house is next door to the former Wilt Chamberlain house at 15216 Antelo Place, which currently is on the market as well. The house has been on the market for ages. Check out an online listing sheet for that house here.
The deal was recorded on February 8.
