Fleming, 48, purchased the eight and a half room unit in the co-op building at 200 W. 86th Street, which had been listed for $4,395,000 and which technically had counted as two separate units that will be combined. Features in the four-bedroom unit include three and a half baths, 1,200 square feet of wraparound terraces with skyline views, two wood-burning fireplaces, four exposures, intact prewar details, central air, French doors leading to outdoor terraces, an oversized master bath with atrium windows, a steam shower and a separate soaking tub, and a custom sound system, according to listing information.
