British singer Dido has listed her three-bedroom, 3,739-square-foot house in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills for $4,600,000.

Our friends over at the Real Estalker have been cranking out the scoops lately, posting a fine one today about Dido listing her house at 9133 Oriole Drive in the popular, celebrity-filled 'Bird Streets' area of the Hollywood Hills.

Records show that Dido, whose real name is Dido Florian Cloud de Bounevialle O'Malley Armstrong, paid $4,150,000 in September 2005 to buy the house, which is next door to Marvel comics' Stan Lee's longtime (since 1986) home. Dido's listing appears to have hit the MLS on Thursday.

Features in the walled and gated house, which was built in 1951, include three and a half baths, a Hollywood Regency-style living room with a fireplace and views of the pool and grounds, a media room that also has views, a large dining room with French doors, a remodeled kitchen, and a large master suite with a fireplace, sitting areas, a gym, large closets and a marble bathroom, according to public records and listing information. Dido's house also has two additional bedroom suites and sits on a 0.46-acre parcel that contains a large motor court, according to public records and listing information.

As the Real Estalker correctly noted, the listing information hints at the house needing some work, noting that there's 'ample upside for a buyer interested in making this an even more major property.' An 'even more major property'? Well, obviously, the listing agent wasn't an English major, but we get the point -- the house is on a nice piece of property and could be expanded significantly. That said, as the Real Estalker also correctly noted, the house looks pretty good as-is.

The Real Estalker provides a nice rundown of all some of the celebrities who are holed up in the immediate area. It's impossible to go more than a block in the Bird Streets without running into the home of *someone* who's famous.

We'll keep you posted on how much this house sells for -- and where Dido is off to.
