A contemporary-style house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills that former NFL quarterback Cade McNown had owned until selling it last April has come back on the market for $3,595,000. fare-vii.jpgfare-v.jpgfare-iv.jpgfare-viii.jpgfare-vi.jpg In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the listing of the two-bedroom house at 7933 Fareholm Drive in the Hollywood Hills. The gated house came on the market on February 27, less than a year after its buyer had purchased the house from McNown for $3,499,000. McNown since has moved to Los Angeles’ Hancock Park area, as we had noted when we previously had written about this house. Built in 1961, the contemporary-style house on Fareholm Drive has three baths, walls of glass, an open floor plan, two bedroom suites with remodeled baths, a large media room and a new kitchen with granite countertops, according to listing information. Outdoor features on the 0.37-acre property (which consists of two lots) include large wrap-around decks, a koi pond, lush gardens, an infinity pool and an outdoor kitchen and media entertainment area, according to public records and listing information. The house has a meaningful celebrity provenance, with prolific 1980s and 1990 character actor Terry “Weekend at Bernie’s” Kiser also having owned the house in the past. Kiser sold it in 2001 for $650,000, according to public records. The buyer at that time was the person who later sold the house to McNown in 2004. We have written many times about the other celebrities who have lived in Fareholm Drive, including most recently in our post on February 6, 2008.
