Christina Aguilera lists her five-bedroom house in Hollywood Hills, CA for $7.995M
Singer Christina Aguilera has listed her five-bedroom house in Hollywood Hills, Calif. for $7,995,000. 
Continuing on with our effort to catch up on items that have appeared elsewhere but that we have not yet weighed in on, we wanted to report on the listing of Xtina’s house at 1443 Devlin Drive. The diva formally placed the five-bedroom house on the market on April 29 — a move that was hardly surprising given that she previously had paid $11,500,000 last May 22 to purchase the celebrated, 11,571-square-foot mansion at 513 Doheny Road in Beverly Hills from Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s Minnie Trust. (Her new mansion is of course where Ozzy and Sharon’s MTV reality series was filmed.) 
Now, Aguilera has placed her previous home, on Devlin Drive, on the market. She purchased that house in April 2003 for exactly $5,000,000 through her Keena One Property Trust, according to public records. Back on April 25, our friend Your Mama over at the Real Estalker nailed it as ‘she’ so often does, with a fine report on the listing of the Devlin Drive mansion even before the listing officially went into the Los Angeles County multiple listing service. Built in 1960, the house that Aguilera is selling has seven baths and either 5,411 square feet (according to public records) or more than 6,500 square feet (according to listing information). Other features in the house include walls of glass, a professional screening room that seats 18, a 1,200-square-foot master suite, a gym, walnut floors, jetliner views, a pool, and a 12-person spa with a fireplace, according to listing information. The Citrus house is for her parent and her brother Todd and Jennifer live in the Gardner house. She is being a good daughter and sharing the wealth with the family.

What’s wrong with having a big house if you can afford it? Just because you live by yourself or with one other person instead of six doesn’t mean you should be in a smaller place; that doesn’t make any sense. People, by nature, need space.

Actually it wasn’t just two people. Nikki had three kids from a previous marriage who visited often and she had her son who lived with her, plus their had a child together. So they needed more than enough room.
