Christie Brinkley reportedly in contract to purchase waterfront home in North Haven, N.Y. that is listed for $10.995M

Supermodel Christie Brinkley reportedly has gone to contract to buy a four-bedroom, 2,800-square-foot waterfront home in North Haven, N.Y. that had been listed for $10,995,000.

The New York Post’s fine celebrity real estate writer Braden Keil this morning broke the story of the latest step in Brinkley’s long real-estate adventure. For a look at her other properties, check out our report on Brinkley that ran on Jul. 12.

In North Haven, the 18th-century saltbox-style house that Brinkley reportedly is buying has two and a half baths, a library, a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, wide plank floors and sits on 2.6 waterfront acres, according to listing information and the Post. The updated house has a private sandy beach as well, according to listing information.
