Brooke Mueller, the obscure actress/"real estate investor" who is engaged to actor Charlie Sheen, has sold her four-bedroom house in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills for $2,317,000.
In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the sale of the house at 7383 Pyramid Place in the Hollywood Hills, which took place on August 7 and was recorded on August 31, according to public records. Mueller, who also has gone by the names Brooke Allen and Brooke Wolofsky, purchased the house in 2005 with her mother for $1,525,000, according to public records.
The eventual sale of the house was no surprise, given that the chatty Mueller had told gossip rags some months back that she had intended to move in with Sheen. Mueller's house first went on the market many months ago (perhaps even before Mueller and Sheen got engaged) and more recently had been listed for $2,695,000. Features in the house, which was built in 1967 and sits on a 0.34-acre parcel, include three and a half baths, city lights from all rooms, an open floor plan, two-story ceilings, walls of glass, a gourmet kitchen, four bedroom suites, and a large pool with decking, according to listing information. Mueller's former house is just north of Mulholland Drive and is just around the corner from the longtime home of painter David Hockney, who easily is one of the world's greatest living artists. Sheen's current residences include a 2,140-square-foot condominium unit/town home on Beach Club Way in Malibu, Calif. that he purchased in 1995 for $635,000 and that he now owns through his View Trust, and a 1,582-square-foot condo/town home on Fiji Way in Marina del Rey, Calif. that his View Trust bought in 2004 for $629,000, according to public records.
