Chad Sexton, who is the drummer for the rock band 311, has sold his 3,624-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills for $1,700,000.In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Sexton’s sale of his four-bedroom house, which is at 2125 Upper Kress Street in the Hollywood Hills. Records show that the sale took place on April 18, with the deal being recorded on May 16. The house had been listed for $1,725,000 and had been described in listing information as a “music lover’s dream,” with a professional music studio. Other features include five and a half baths, a dramatic two-story entry, a formal dining room and a living room with gleaming hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, a fireplace and French doors leading to a private patio, according to listing information. Other features include three large en-suite bedrooms, a cook’s kitchen with granite counters, a SubZero refrigerator and a center island, according to listing information. Built in 1995, the house sits on a 0.24-acre parcel, according to public records. Records show that Sexton, 37, had purchased the house back in May 1997 for $660,000.
