Kirk Hammett, the lead guitarist of Metallica, has reduced the price of his Georgian mansion in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood from $12.5 million to $10.5 million.

Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf are selling their 11-bedroom mansion in Tiburon, Calif., just across the San Francisco Bay from San Francisco for $20 million, and taking a loss on the sale.
