Retired baseball great Hank Aaron reportedly lists one of his houses in West Palm Beach, FL for $900K

Retired baseball great Hank Aaron has listed a house he owns in West Palm Beach, Fla. for $900,000, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The Wall Street Journal’s “Private Properties” column today broke the story of Aaron’s listing of the house, which is at 2029 Embassy Drive in the Presidential Estates area of West Palm Beach. The former home-run king paid $461,250 in October 2002 for the 3,509-square-foot stucco house, which was built in 1990, according to public records. The five-bedroom house has a sunken bar and a pool and has 110 feet of frontage on a golf course.

Aaron owns another house on the same street in West Palm Beach that he purchased in 2006 for $975,000, according to public records. That 4,100-square-foot house was built in 1994, according to public records.

Aaron’s principal residence is in Atlanta.

Hammerin’ Hank’s main home in Atlanta sits on 7.1 acres on SW Adams Drive. The 3-bed, 4-bath house (built in 1959) has 4,329 square feet of living area with a stone exterior, according to Fulton County records. There is also a swimming pool and a tennis court on the property.

Indeed that is Hank Aaron’s main home. He’s been there for years. The address is widely available on the various celebrity address lists that litter the Internet (it’s one of the few celebrity addresses out there that’s actually correct!).
