The purchase price has cleared public records on the 8,560-square-foot mansion in Los Angeles’ Encino area that comedian Carlos Mencia and his wife, Amy, purchased in November from actor Eddie Cibrian, and records show that the comedian paid $4,300,000 for the mansion. In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the amount that the Mencias paid for the mansion, which is at 4743 White Oak Drive in Encino. As we exclusively reported on January 22, the Mencias purchased Cibrian’s “Rancho Estate” on November 26, with the deal being recorded on January 10.
The house had been listed by Cibrian for $4,395,000 after previously having been on the market for $4,800,000 and then for $4,600,000.
