Bruce and Kris Jenner (formerly Kris Kardashian!) list their 3,966-square-foot house in Hidden Hills, CA for $3.395M
Olympian decathlete Bruce Jenner and his socialite wife, Kris (formerly Kris Kardashian), have placed their four-bedroom house in Hidden Hills, Calif. on the market for $3,395,000.
Kudos to our friends over at the Real Estalker for breaking the story last week of the Jenner/Kardashian listing of their 3,966-square-foot house in tiny but celebrity-filled Hidden Hills. Indeed, the house, which was where the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” reality TV snoozefest was filmed, hit the MLS on December 1. The show was filmed there because Kris Jenner is the mother of a pile of Kardashians, including headline-grabbing Kim (she of Ray J/sex tape fame), who is pictured here with Bruce and Kris.
Built in 1964 and situated on a 1.14-acre parcel, the one-story Jenner/Kardashian house has five baths, a newer granite and marble kitchen with a center island and stainless steel appliances, a marble bath with a fireplace, walnut hardwood floors, crown moldings, three fireplaces, coffered and open beam ceilings, a finished study, surround sound and skylights, according to public records and listing information. Outdoor features on the property include a pool and spa with flagstone decking, a patio, a winding driveway, a lanai, a children’s playhouse, and a covered veranda, according to listing information.
Records show that Bruce and Kris Jenner paid $2,850,000 to purchase the house in mid-2006. The couple has moved around a lot this decade. They previously had owned the 4,629-square-foot house on a 0.7-acre (30,305-square-foot) lot at 3400 Cordova Court in nearby Calabasas, which they sold in 2006 for $2,425,000 after having bought it in early 2004 for $1,765,000, according to public records. And, prior to that, the Jenners had owned the 8,763-square-foot house on a 1.655-acre lot at 25254 Eldorado Meadow Drive in Hidden Hills, which they purchased in 1996 for $1,450,000 and which they then sold in 2002 for $2,935,000, according to public records.
Take a look at the Los Angeles Times’ then-”Hot Property” columnist Ruth Ryon’s write-up in late 2005 of Jenner’s listing of the house in Calabasas. It’s unclear from Ryon’s column whether the Jenners still are building a 10,000-square-foot home on equestrian-zoned land in the San Fernando Valley.

What the hell were they thinking getting rid of that house. Do they not know their getting older, & probably need a 1-story house. I can tell ya right now it was Kris who made the decision to move, if it were up to Bruce. I can guarantee you, they’d still be living there. For $3 Mil. Hell Yeah I’ll take it, with room to add on to. 3,900 Sq. Ft. Holy Crap, it stretches from 1 end to the other. Bad, Bad, Move.
