BBC exec lists 2,191-square-foot house formerly owned by comedienne Carol Leifer for $2.15M

A four-bedroom, 2,191-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills that currently is owned by an executive for the BBC — and that he purchased in 2006 from comedienne Carol Leifer — is on the market for $2,150,000. In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the listing of the house at 2955 Briar Knoll Drive in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Hills. The house came on the market on June 24. The seller, Paul Telegdy, is the BBC’s top dog in Hollywood. He purchased the house from Leifer in August 2006 for $1,800,000, according to public records. Built in 1941, the house, which is billed by its listing agent as the “stunning family home of Senior TV Executive,” has four baths, a large open floor plan, hardwood floors throughout, a living room/dining room with a fireplace, a veranda with city and canyon views, and a master suite with a marble spa-like bathroom, walk-in closets, surround sound, a fireplace and French door access to an English garden, according to public records and listing information. Outside on the 0.31-acre property are a gated driveway and a double garage, according to public records and listing information.
