In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the exact amount for which Kiedis’ Happy House Trust sold the house on 3.42 acres at 1410 Davies Drive in the Beverly Hills area. Back on March 13, we wrote about Kiedis’ listing, which at that time had just gone into escrow. Public records reveal that Kiedis closed on the house on March 20, and that the sale was recorded on April 11. Records show that Kiedis sold the house to Academy Award-winning (“A Beautiful Mind”) screenwriter Akiva Goldsman, according to public records.
The infamous villachili.com website that the real estate agent had created for the house remains active; as a result, you can check out a flash slideshow of the house.
In the L.A. area, Kiedis continues to own a 3,790-square-foot on Sea Lion Place in Malibu, Calif., which he purchased through his Happy House Trust in 2005 for $4,825,000, according to public records. He also owns a $2.6 million property in Hawaii, some properties in his native Michigan and a house in Las Vegas, which he purchased on Feb. 12 for $570,000, according o public records. And, in a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report that Kiedis’ Happy House Trust on June 22 paid $1,399,900 for some property in Multnomah County, Ore., according to public records.
