Adult film star Jenna Jameson has placed her three-bedroom, 3,958-square-foot house in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills on the market for $2,700,000. Kudos to our friends over at the Real Estalker for breaking the story yesterday of Jameson's listing of the Mediterranean-style house, which is at 1618 Sunset Plaza Drive in the Hills. Back in May 2007, we broke the story of Jameson's summer 2006 purchase of the house, which also had been for $2,700,000.  Indeed, realty records show that Jameson's house came on the market on August 8. Built in 1926, Jameson's house has three and a half baths, a sunken living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, a den that opens to a spa courtyard, a gourmet kitchen and a whopping five patios and/or balconies, according to public records and listing information. The house also has 'an incredible master suite,' a guest apartment, a third suite, two bonus rooms and a two-car garage, according to listing information. The house sits on a minuscule, 0.11-acre (4,887-square-foot) lot, according to public records. Check out an online listing sheet for Jameson's house -- complete with photos. A virtual tour is here, while the property's own website. The online listing sheet calls the home a former Valentino family home, but our loyal reader E.J. already remarked in the comments portion of the Real Estalker's post on this house that the late actor Rudolph Valentino's brother and extended family lived in the house in the 1920s and 1930s. As we had mentioned on May 3, 2007, Academy Award-winning actor Jack Albertson had owned the house for many years until his death there in 1981.
