The Los Angeles Times’ Ruth Ryon tomorrow will break the story of Lawrence listing her longtime, five-bedroom home in Long Beach, which has two addresses: 6000 Lido Lane and 6000 E. Naples Plaza.

Built in 1982, Lawrence’s house is on Naples Island in Long Beach, and is about a block from Los Alamitos Bay. The custom-built house has five baths, a game room with a built-in bar and fireplace, a renovated kitchen, a master suite with a fireplace and vaulted ceilings, a downstairs bedroom, balconies on each level, a three-car garage, and views of the bay, according to listing information. The house also has an open water slip with a 60-foot pierhead, according to listing information. The house’s square footage apparently is up for debate. Public records show that the house measures 4,020 square feet, while listing information and the Times both describe the house as having 4,200 square feet. The house sits on a minuscule, 0.07-acre property.

Ryon reported that Lawrence and her husband and manager, Alvin A. “Al” Schultz, are buying a home in Newport Beach to be closer to the Newport Harbor Yacht Club—important given that they own a 70-foot racing yacht. She also reported that the couple is buying another house in Los Angeles’ Westside as well, to be near the studios. We’ll keep you posted on when any of those deals close (none have, so far).
