Actress Teri Polo lists her 3,077-square-foot, Asian-inspired house in Manhattan Beach, CA for $2.599M
Actress Teri Polo has placed her five-bedroom, 3,077-square-foot house in Manhattan Beach, Calif. on the market for $2,599,000 — less than $100,000 more than she bought it for in 2006.
The Los Angeles Times’ Ruth Ryon on Sunday will break the story of Polo’s listing of her remodeled, Asian-inspired house at 794 27th Street in Manhattan Beach. Polo, 38, purchased the house in May 2006 for $2,500,000, according to public records. She placed the home on the market on February 8.
Built in 1949 and featured at one time in InStyle magazine, Polo’s house has four baths, bowed cherrywood archways, plank beams, a gourmet chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fireplaces in both the living room and master bedroom, an indoor spa, and lots of natural light, according to listing information. Outside on the tiny, 0.10-acre lot is an outdoor fire pit, according to public records and listing information.
