Actress Tara Reid lists her 1BR, 1,087-square-foot condo unit in Los Angeles’ Hollywood area for $885K

Actress Tara Reid has placed her 10th-floor, 1,087-square-foot condominium unit in Los Angeles’ Hollywood area on the market for $885,000.

Once again, kudos to our friends over at the Real Estalker for breaking the story earlier this week of Reid’s listing of her one-bedroom unit in the Hollywood Versailles Tower at 7135 Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood, which she had purchased in 2000 for $266,500.

Reid’s end unit has two baths (both with “granite and luxury appeal,” according to listing information), hardwood floors, wall-to-wall mirrors, granite countertops, custom maple cabinets, a breakfast bar, a completely redone 10th-story balcony with Chinese earth slate, and views of the hills, the city and the ocean, according to listing information. Interestingly, the listing agent for the property is Reid’s own brother, Tommy Reid III, who has worked in the entertainment industry and who has owned his own production company.

As we exclusively reported last week, Reid’s unit is just down the hall from the 1,222-square-foot unit that “Ugly Betty” actor Michael Urie recently purchased for $749,000.
