Actress Ronnie Claire Edwards has sold her 6,516-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz area for $3,850,000, and the buyer appears to be a celebrity as well.  In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on the 75-year-old “Waltons” actress’ sale of her longtime (since the 1980s) house, which sits on a “flag”-shaped lot at 4900 Los Feliz Boulevard in Los Feliz. Records show that Edwards sold the house on February 19. Public records also show that the buyer of the house most likely is a celebrity, and we’d love our readers’ help in figuring out who the buyer is. As we often like to note, celebrities use the most whimsical trust names when purchasing real estate in southern California. This property takes the cake when it comes to having a whimsically named trust; the buyer is identified as being the I Love You Trust, which surely belongs to a celebrity. And, the money manager whose name appears on the deed is based at the same office in Santa Monica (Provident Financial Management, which is part of RSM International) that represents many other celebrities, including Olivia Newton-John, Don Felder, Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen. Built in 1915, the seven-bedroom house that Edwards sold has three baths and a pool and sits on a 0.58-acre property, according to public records. So, dear readers, any ideas on who the buyer is?
