Actress Parminder Nagra re-lists a 2,484-square-foot house she owns in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz area for $1.375M

Actress Parminder Nagra has placed a four-bedroom, 2,484-square-foot house she owns in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz area back on the market for $1,375,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Nagra’s listing of this house, which hit the market on Friday, July 17. The house previously had been listed by Nagra going back to the summer of 2008 for $1,484,000 and then later on for $1,448,000, as our friends over at the Real Estalker noted back in March.

Built in 1982, the modern house has three baths, an open floor plan, three fireplaces, two balconies with northwest views, 25-foot ceilings, a custom kitchen, hardwood floors, a laundry room, pre-wiring for sound and video surveillance, large custom windows, a decent amount of closet space, an “alluring” master suite, a finished large bonus space, and a direct entrance to the garage, according to public records and listing information. The house sits on a minuscule, 0.10-acre (4,334-square-foot) lot, according to public records.

Nagra purchased the house in September 2007 for $870,000 from a bankruptcy estate, according to public records. Since that time, she obviously has fixed the place up significantly; it does not appear to us that she ever actually resided in this house. Her principal L.A.-area residence appears to be her 1,845-square-foot house in Los Angeles’ Lauren Canyon area, which she purchased in 2004 for $1,025,000, according to public records.

Unlike so many other entertainment figures who are whacking their asking prices galore in this tough environment, Nagra clearly is being very stingy when it comes to her price chops. We’ll keep you posted on if she ends up getting anywhere near her current asking price, or if she winds up just taking the house off the market again if she gets no takers. Stay tuned.
